After your 30-minute online consultation, you will receive

1- A customized naturopathic plan with complete health guidelines, including nutrition recommendations, a personalized diet plan, and natural options such as herbs and supplements that may support your health needs.

2- You will also receive a list of recommended supplements and homeopathic products, which should always be reviewed by your healthcare professional before use. For your convenience, we also offer the option to have selected products delivered directly to your home.

3- If in-person therapies are recommended, such as massage therapy or cupping therapy, we can help connect you with the nearest naturopathic office within our partner network, where you may benefit from preferred rates or valuable discounts.

4- To continue supporting your progress, we also offer weekly or on-demand follow-up appointments online for 20 minutes at only $40.
